89 Points Robert Parker
Blended of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot, the 2008 Gaia offers a deep garnet color and intense aromas of warm black currant, plums and kirsch with underlying hints of Mediterranean herbs, earth, tree bark and sauteed capsicum. Medium-full bodied and very crisp in the mouth, it has a good concentration of savory flavors supported by a medium level of grainy tannins and finishing long. Drink it now to 2018.

94 Points James Halliday
An estate-grown blend of Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc/Merlot with a fragrant, almost flowery, bouquet; the accent on fresh fruit remains the central theme of the bouquet and palate alike. Easily evaded the heat bullet of ’08. Drink to 2025.
