The full bells and whistles: hand-picked from the best dry-grown blocks of estate plantings; crushed and fermented in static tanks, finishing its primary fermentation and mlf in new French oak barrels; the best 30 barrels were then chosen for this wine, replete with bottle numbers on the labels. It is pure Margaret River cabernet, blackcurrant and cassis threaded through with positive savoury tannins and oak. Drink to 2030.
