87 Points Robert Parker
Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2009 Cliff Edge Shiraz gives notes of crushed blackberries, black cherries and mulberries with nuances of mace, prunes and black pepper. Medium to full-bodied, it has just enough warm berry and black pepper flavor concentration in the mid-palate with a medium to high level of acidity to balance and a medium level of chewy tannins. It finishes with medium-long persistence. Drinking now, it should keep to 2015.

96 Points James Halliday
Bright crimson; a fragrant bouquet encompasses spice, plum, black cherry and blackberry aromas that flow through to the medium-bodied palate, there picking up quality oak, and finishing with polished tannins. Great bargain. Drink to 2029.
