Huon Hooke
Light yellow, bright colour. Very fresh and clean with herbal and faintly floral aromas, slightly spicy and almost gewurzy. It's firm and fairly dry on the palate with good fruit - if a trifle simple and under-developed. It needs time. There's a hint of muscat fragrance about this wine.

94 Points James Halliday
Production of 260 dozen from the dry-grown Peglidis Vineyard planted in 1973. There is an arresting mineral barb to the bouquet, quickly obscured by the flowing, supple citrus and apple flavours of the long palate and of its lingering aftertaste. Will develop with classy, effortless style. Drink to 2032.
