Clean, slightly yeasty, fresh and citrusy albeit somewhat reticent as yet. Lemons and limes. Delicious wine. Intense, rich and long, refined and pristine, great persistence and strength and will evolve into a great bottle. Superb wine: outstanding palate flavour.

Bright straw-green; there is more on show here than with The Florita; ripe citrus blossom on the bouquet dictates the path the palate takes, again with lashings of citrus fruit needing the acidity it duly finds on the finish. Drink to 2022.
