94 Points James Halliday
Ten rows of pre-1860 vines were replanted in the original Langmeil vineyard that make this wine, and the bouquet shows fragrant red fruits, licorice and sappy complexity; the palate is medium-bodied revealing toasted oak nuances, slippery fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity on the long and harmonious finish. Drink to 2025.
