Deep, bright buttercup-yellow colour indicating age. Beautiful developed bouquet of lemon-curd, lemon-butter, citrus peels, stone-fruit compote and more, but not overtly toasty. The palate is full, intense and very dry, with a searing savouriness that etches itself into the palate. Long, long follow-through. A very smart mature dry riesling. (Re-released in 2026 for AUD $93)
