The colour is lightish red with a tinge of purple and the bouquet is quite ethereal and attractively perfumed, with cherry plum and spice nuances and a hint of leather. There's some fruit-sweetness on the palate and it has quite a lush serving of fruit, although the tannins are light and the extract level seems quite low. A very attractive pinot to drink now, although the price is quite high.
