Light straw-yellow colour and an inviting aroma of dried herbs, kaffir lime leaves and straw. It's intense and bright in the mouth, with clean citrusy fruit and marvellous precision, the fruit generous but focused, penetrating and long in the mouth. Clean, dry finish. Excellent.

Hand-picked and bunch-sorted; gleaming straw-green, it is wild-yeast fermented (as are all KT Rieslings), with distinct floral/talc spice aromas leading into an utterly seductive palate of lime, lemon and orange flavours in a jeweller's setting of perfect acidity. 200 dozen made. Drink to 2032.
