Ranked #72 of 278 2010 Nebbiolo from Barolo
A fairly light colour and a vanilla, chocolate nose which reflects some small oak. The palate again shows some fleshy richness from oak, and the texture is soft, smooth and luxurious. Very good balance and length.

The 2010 Barolo is a delicately aged Nebbiolo with fine aromas of pressed rose petal, spice, grilled herb and dark berry. There's a dusty or earthy quality as well with crushed stone and mineral. This wine stays true to the characteristics that define textbook Barolo. Silky tannins give way to bright acidity on the finish.
