The 2007 Shiraz Coach House Block from Seppeltsfield Road in Greenock was also aged in 50% new oak for 20 months. The aromatics are slightly reticent but reveal aromas of pain grille, pepper, lavender, incense, game, and blueberry. Ripe, sweetly-fruited, and layered, it will benefit from several more years of cellaring and drink well through 2022.

85 Points James Halliday
Dull colour; no varietal character; good concentration, but no life. Drink to 2014.
