A 70-30 blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2014 H-Block Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon is exquisitely perfumed and floral, adding cassis, blackberry and roasted-meat notes on the full-bodied palate. Silky and long, this is a lovely example of a classic Australian blend.

A 70/30% blend. Immaculately conceived and executed. Pure blackcurrant and blackberry; elements of mint and dark earth; a tail swish of cedary/chocolatey oak. It impresses all the way along the palate but the finish is quite superb. Drink to 2040.
