Very light straw colour. The bouquet shows funky sulfides, oak and lees work, is very complex and shows a lot of 'worked' or artefact characters as opposed to primary fruit. The palate is tight and refined, reserved and delicate, subtle and barely ready to approach. It's a baby. Taut and nervy; amazing youth. (Wild ferment on solids; 100% Malolactic fermentation)
