Deep purple-red; youthful looking. Bright red fruit aromas, superb flavour too of rich ripe berries and vanilla with a lacing of chocolate. Fleshy, dense and loaded with extract. Not your feathery, leafy light Coonawarra by a long shot! Delicious flavour, oodles of fruit, a superb wine and worth cellaring long term. A slightly leaner wine. Best in 5 to 25 years.
