Huon Hooke
Savoury, dried flowers and subtle bakery yeastiness to sniff; the palate lemony and straightforward with bright acidity and a dry but soft finish. A plain but pleasant young wine, with moderate length and a hint of grip in its finish.

While there's lemon-lime sorbet and bath salts with some alpine herbs, this is a much more approachable Peglidis. Still fresh with good acidity, a savoury edge and softness to the finish. Drink to 2025.
