89 Points Robert Parker
Candied apples are found in the nose of the 2004 Chablis Vaudesir. Light to medium-bodied, fresh, and crystalline, it reveals excellent depth of fruit, focus, and harmony. This silky-textured wine reveals flavors reminiscent of mineral liqueur-drenched minerals with slight notes of iodine. Drink it over the next 3-4 years.
