A notably ripe nose of citrus rind, algae and ocean influences also displays background nuances of mildly exotic yellow fruit. There is an intense minerality to the opulent medium-bodied flavors that possess excellent detail and cut on the driving, lemony and attractively racy finish. This is based on its fruit and while I prefer the more classic style of the Fourneaux, there is more depth here. Drink from 2015.
