Ranked #16 of 27 2013 Riesling from Sonnenuhr
Peppery, nettley, dried herb and talcum powder aromas; the palate offering plenty of sweetness well-balanced by acidity, in a delicate, subtle, grapy style. The 9-grams/litre acidity gives a mouth-watering crispness. Lovely tension between sweetness, fruit and acidity.

90 Points Robert Parker
The pale citrus colored 2013 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett starts with ripe tropical fruit flavors and Golden Delicious apple flavors, which lead to a sensually juicy, mineral-piquant wine of finesse, great delicacy and intensity. The finish and aftertaste is quite complex and persistent, the potential should be terrific.
