Deep red/purple colour with a nose of floral, spicy, possibly whole-bunchy nuances, including a trace of white pepper. It seems cool-grown. The palate is full-bodied and supple, smoothly-textured and elegantly-weighted, with soft textured tannins and a clean, dry aftertaste. This will repay a little cellar time.
