90 Points Robert Parker
The medium ruby color of the Clos de Vougeot is followed by a wine with a big, jammy, highly scented nose of toasty oak, red and black fruits, and minerals. In the mouth, it is fat, alcoholic, and oaky, with low acidity, no apparent grip or tannin, but a decadent, lush finish. Drink it over the next 5-6 years.
