Dried herb and nettle aromas with a hint of lemon in the background. This restrained wine is tense and lemony, high-acid and crisp, with energy, vitality and tightness, promising to unfold more in time. This is young and still a little unready.

Slightly deeper colour than the Polish Hill, although why it should be thus I don't know. The bouquet and palate march in tune, bringing Meyer lemon, lime and green apple into play from the outset. It's dangerously easy to drink. Drink to 2034.
