Deepish red/purple colour with a floral, rose-petally bouquet that is aromatic and charming. A hint of potato peelings indicating stalk inclusion. The wine is medium-bodied and subtle, with notable acidity lending a trace of firmness to the palate. There's a touch of austerity. A delicious pinot, very enjoyable now, and as its best with food.
