Palish colour and a very yeasty aroma and flavour suggest this needs a bit more time to settle in bottle. It has attractive flowery aromas and tight, lemony acidity on the palate. It’s crisp and taut and the acidity is a little strident. Good length. It needs another six months or so.

Stony and stern. Racy and lively. This is laced with limes and lemons and a nice fleck of spice. It has decent mouthfeel and some grip on the finish, yet it is still tightly wound. More time is all this needs. Drink to 2029.
