Spicy, herbal and somewhat vegetal aromas. The palate is rich and round, oily textured and slightly syrupy - yet not too sweet. Hints of blackberry jam and licorice. Meaty nuances, too. Big and high alcohol. A bit overpowering and the finish resonates with alcohol heat. Many will like its generosity and softness. Quite an opulent wine, but not very complex.
