All of the Willoughby Park Shirazs are machine-harvested, destemmed and crushed, cold soak, cultured yeast, matured in French oak for 18 months. Full crimson-purple; a full-on cool climate shiraz with black fruit (cherry and berry) in supple abundance, closely attended by licorice and cracked black pepper. The tannins add another dimension, part juicy (yes I know, that's an oxymoron), part savoury. Drink to 2030.
