Springflat Shiraz dating back to 1993. Spending 24 months on lees in bottle prior to being disgorged. Wild berry,
baking spice, damp earth and dried thyme. The palate is filled with raspberry compote, sweet spice, earth, and tiniest
hint of sweetness balancing the drying tannins. An enormously complex wine that will create the perfect
accompaniment to any celebration. 15.0% Vol. 100% Shiraz. Enjoy over the next 5 – 20 years. Bottled in 750mL only.
