Bright yellow colouring to the edges. Lifted nose, apricot, gardenia and lime cordial all in the mix. Rich and textured. Lots of weight and deep fruits. Honeyed apricots with lime and florals whilst acid does keep things almost in check. A touch oily into the finish, but in the right context that adds to its appeal. Would definitely recommend some washed rind cheese alongside
Tasted: 27/08/2020
Drink: 2020 to 2026

A blend of Roussanne and Viognier. This wine is full of verve and life. Straw yellow in colour, it
shows plush stone fruit on the nose. White peach, fresh apricot, roasted almond all jump from the glass. The palate is
rich and textural. Stone fruit, citrus zest and honey all combine beautifully with this wine’s vibrant natural acidity. The
2020 White Duck is mouth-watering and delicious. 13.5% Vol. Enjoy over the next 5 years. Bottled
in 750mL only.
