Deep, rich crimson colour with a trace of purple. The bouquet is smoky, cedary and coffee-grounds, tending to mocha. Lots of oak but it's nicely integrated, the same on the palate. There, it's full-bodied and potent, dense and fleshy with a lot of gravitas but it also retaining elegance. This is recognisable as Odyssey but in a more restrained and elegant style, with less dominant oak. Very stylish.
