Deep red purple. Charry smoky oak nose, lots of timber among the deep, dense aromas. Flirts with excessive oak. Not overripe though. Smooth, fruit-sweet, ripe flavours, supple tannins and rich palate. Quite lush. Some opulence here. Nice wine.
