Aaron Brasher
Lovely colour here, really bright, youthful and lively. Lifted aromas of dried herbs, pot pourri, blueberry, bramble, sarsaparilla and spice. Generously flavoured, rich, fleshy and mouth-filling. There's lashings of brooding dark fruits, anise, sweet spice and creamy, nutty oak. The tannins are super serious and bring texture, grip and dryness to the table and the acidity has lovely life and freshness. Impressive length—a super example of grenache
