Stephen Wong
Bright and fruity with navel orange and sweet pear on a voluptuous, softly chewy, dry palate. The phenolics build with each sip, adding a grainy, woody dimension to the fruit-focused core. Some earthy minerality and a hint of lanolin on the back palate giving youthful austerity. This will relax after a year or two. Sophisticated, dry pinot gris which makes no concessions to the popular style
