This is produced exclusively from clone 114. Incredibly vibrant garnet colour. Lively to sniff on and taste, too. Has scents and flavours of Redskin lollies, port wine jelly, aniseed, clove spice, cardamom and new leather. There's a brightness to perfume and palate, though the finish does lean a little into dryer, powdery territory and some earthy bitterness, with a smoky spice finish. Fine, lacy tannins through the wine, lending shape and hazy texture. Lovely stuff. Drink 2024 - 2035.
