91 Points James Halliday
Medium red; showing appropriate development. Rich, chocolate, earth and berry fruit marries with sweet oak on the bouquet. The palate is starting to mature, with a mix of ripe chocolate and berry fruit neatly balanced by abundant sweet oak and soft tannins. Good mouthfeel; at the start of its journey. A relatively modest show record of two gold and three silver medals. Drink to 2008.
