Huon Hooke
Very deep, dark colour. A dense, concentrated wine, which has a somewhat contradictory note of green capsicum on the nose. A big, bold, and very youthful cabernet which has depth, weight, concentration and stuffing, but also an off-putting herbaceous high-note. It looks like ageing happily for many more years.
