Bob Campbell
Bid, dense, juicy and generous red with luscious fruit wrapped around a firm tannic core. Classic blackberry/dark berry flavours with cedar. Terrific wine that will age magnificently

95 Points Robert Parker
Very deep garnet-purple colored, the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon gives a powerful, multi-faceted nose of warm cassis, blackberry preserves, hung meat and violets over damp earth, black olives, black truffles and slightly burnt toast. Rich, full bodied and layered in the mouth, it has a great backbone of medium-high, balanced acid and medium-firm finely grained tannins. The finish is very long. A knock-out year for this benchmark Margaret River Cabernet! Enjoy it now through 2023+.

96 Points James Halliday
Strong, healthy red-purple; a distinguished vintage for this Margaret River blue blood wine, medium-bodied but with innate complexity; fine savoury tannins run through the black fruits and cassis of the palate, putting structure in place so subtly you can barely notice it, nor the length of the palate. Drink to 2028.
