90 Points Robert Parker
Very deep garnet-purple, the 2008 Grey Label Shiraz provides aromas of warm blackberry, prune, mocha and eucalyptus. Full and rich with medium-firm fine tannins, it has refreshing acidity with some spiciness coming through in the long finish. Drinking now, it should keep to 2015.

95 Points James Halliday
Deep purple-crimson; right in the heartland of Blass red wine style; lush black fruits, chocolate, mocha and vanilla flavours, oak threaded through the wine from start to finish, the tannins ripe and smooth. What you see is what you get. Drink to 2023.
