Light yellow. Rubbery, chicken-stock, matchstick oak/lees interaction, very sulfide-driven and quite complex. Dry palate, savoury finish, delicate and fine. Palate is very fine and subtle. Nice balance and refreshing qualities. Long finish, with a hint of oakiness which it would be better without.
