Huon Hooke
Shy, restrained floral aroma, dried flowers and dried herbs, the palate likewise but also intense and soft, with a little richness thanks to the merest trace of sweetness, which prevents it being austere. It needs more time as it's in its shell somewhat today. A lovely wine, though; it's finer, drier and has greater finesse - and length - than Peggy's Hill.
