Bright, light straw colour with green tints. The aromas are scintillating fresh, clean, bright and lifted. Citrus blossoms. Very delicate on the palate as well as nose. Restrained, refined, subtle and clean. A slight saltiness to finish. (Rating upgraded on re-taste)
