Binder Mitchell Dovetail Cabernet Sauvignon 2002

I was a little nervous considering price expectation for this wine. I was pleasantly surprised to find a perfectly reasonable Barossa Cabernet. Fruit is slightly over ripe but rich and dense and the tannins are nice and fine too. Good quaffer.

Bought 3 bottles of this wine, first one was fantastic, second two were at various stages of their own unique conversion into paint stripper.
