Nice now, and will get better
On day one, in between the seductive jubey nose and the peppery finish, was tight and almost indecipherable. Put in fridge overnight, pulled out the following afternoon, gave time to reach cellar temperature, seeing huge improvement. Now jubey blue and red fruits on the nose, also on the palate, with vanilla and hints of earth, followed by a softer spicy finish, with vanilla and hints of chocolate. Will improve with more time in the cellar.
