Medium bodied with nice balance, this is a stylish drop that will please those looking for some relief from a heavier Barossa style shiraz. I suspect this is in an ideal drinking window with the fruit having not lost its freshness but with some more interesting secondary characteristics revealing themselves on the palate. Soft pepper, black fruits and and some grampians menthol make for an moreish drink that is very food friendly and should appeal to most.
