From Alsace. Floral nose, citrus and apple in the mouth, tending toward fruit salad as it warms in the glass. Dry yet a touch of sweetness. Good length. Little mineral or acid. Delicious alongside smoked trout quiche.

Nice fruit and vibrancy on the nose but lacking the acidity and minerality that I look for in alsace rieslings. Mrs Dingo was a little more adulatory. Drank fine with Barbecued salmon fillet.
