From Cahors. Deeper colour than Bordeaux and more fruit driven with cherries dominating the nose. Not too much in the way of complexity here but the integrity of the whole wine is uncompromised. Nice acidity and purity of fruit get this one over the line, helped by a food friendly 13%abv.
