Yeh its ready to drink, its high in alcohol heat and has rough tannin structure. Cedar and cigar pouch. Plum, cherry,liqourish and other assorted flavours you can imagine in your head. Or is it just me. Single vineyard, premium Clare Valley. Wine for heros..

Super premium Shiraz. Not ready to drink yet.

This is super premium Shiraz from d in the Clare Valley. A little austere it probably needs another two years, but is my bet for becoming a cult wine. This a big wine with big flavour and alcohol. Not a wine for the delicate people.
