Questions:

• How do I access the Logistics Portal?

  Just sign in as usual, logistics customers will see a "Logistics Portal" link under the "Welcome Back" message.

• What is the purpose of the Logistics Portal?

  The Logistics Portal provides functionality specifically relevant to Cellarit's logistics customers

  Specifically

  • Current Stock Listing
  • Stock Movement Reports
  • Pending Transfer Listing, with the ability to update details and cancel transfers
  • Payments & Charges Reports
  • Delivery File Upload Function
  • FAQs Page
• Stock Movement Reports
  1. Select a date range for the report (default range is the last week)
  2. Click "Go" under the "Deliveries From Cellarit", "Deliveries To Cellarit" or "Wine Market Sales" to load the report on the page
     OR
  3. Click "Download As CSV" under the "Deliveries From Cellarit", "Deliveries To Cellarit" or "Wine Market Sales to save a CSV verion of the report to the Download location in your browser
• Pending Transfers (Details, Update & Cancel)

  Lists

  1. Click "Details" to see the delivery details for Cellarit deliveries. Not available for customer pick-up or drop-off
  2. To cancel a delivery click "cancel" where available, only applies to deliveries with "open" status (not "released" or "picked", etc)
  3. To update a delivery click "update" where available, modify the data then click "update" on the form. Only applies outbound Cellarit deliveries with "open" status (not "arrived" in the warehouse)
• Payments & Charges Reports
  1. Select a date range for the report (default range is the last week)
  2. Click "Go" to load the report on the page
     OR
  3. Click "Download As CSV" to save a CSV verion of the report to the Download location in your browser
• Bulk Delivery File Upload

  Provides the ability to create multiple outbound deliveries from Cellarit to your clients via single file upload.
  The upload expects an xml file complying with the CellaritLogisticsDeliveryXML.xsd schema, (Sample file here)
  NOTE: Creating these files requires some specialised computer knowledge.

  1. Click the "Browse" button and select the file
  2. Click "Upload"
  3. You will receive a message from the system indicating the success or otherwise of the upload
  4. You will receive confirmation emails for each delivery as normal
• Bulk Delivery Upload via Web Service

  Provides the ability to upload the bulk delivery file specified in "Bulk Delivery File Upload" via a web service.
  The the process expects an xml file complying with the CellaritLogisticsDeliveryXML.xsd schema, (Sample file here).

  NOTE:

  • Creating these files and the process to upload via the web service requires some specialised knowledge and skills, you'll need the servies of an IT specialist
  • The web service URL is https://www.cellarit.com.au/LogisticsClientServices.asmx?op=UploadOrderFile
  • The web service requires:
    • Your Cellarit account logon id (the email address associated with the account)
    • Your password
    • The file extension (only .xml at this stage)
    • The xml file in the form of a byte array
